Today I have the pleasure of sharing an interview with trumpeter and composer Jon Crowley. As one of the up and coming players in jazz, I was really interested in hearing his perspective on music and the scene today. We talk about a myriad of topics including his early beginnings as a trumpet player, his new recording At the Edge, playing original music vs. standards and his experiences working in the music industry.
